Unlike generic approaches that start with broad restrictions, we begin by identifying your unique triggers and patterns. I combine nutritional interventions with strategies to address the crucial gut-brain connection that amplifies IBS symptoms. My clients typically end up expanding their diets rather than continuing the cycle of increasing restriction.
Absolutely not. While we may strategically remove certain triggers temporarily, the goal is always to reintroduce and expand your diet while managing symptoms. Many clients find they can eventually tolerate foods they previously couldn't after addressing underlying gut health issues.
Many clients report noticeable symptom improvement within the first 2-3 weeks, though individual results vary based on severity and duration of symptoms. The programme is designed for both immediate symptom management and long-term gut health restoration.
