I'm Kirsty, a Registered Dietitian specialising in intuitive eating, gut health, and helping people find clarity in the nutrition chaos. Registered Dietitian (RD) with experience working across private practice and NHS settings, I bring evidence-based expertise to every client I work with.

The initial deep dive session is 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 30-45 minutes, depending on what we're working on together.

All sessions are conducted via Google Meet, making it easy to fit into your schedule from the comfort of home. (Phone sessions are also available if you prefer.)

Private nutrition coaching is an investment in your health and wellbeing. Clients typically work with me for 4-12 weeks depending on their goals. I'll share full pricing details during your discovery call once I understand your specific needs, but initial packages start from £425 but can be adapted to your needs.
