    Hi, I’m Kirsty — Registered Dietitian & Intuitive Eating Specialist

    I’m a Registered Dietitian and Intuitive Eating Specialist with lived experience of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, and the pressures of diet culture.

    After years of struggling with food rules and guilt — even as a nutrition student — I finally learned how to trust myself around all foods again. I no longer obsess over calories, “good” vs “bad” foods, or the number on the scales. My worth isn’t defined by my weight — and neither is yours.
