    Hi I'm Kirsty, I am an Intuitive eating specialist and Registered Dietitian, with lived experience of yo-yo dieting and falling victim to sucky diet culture.

    After a rocky relationship with food that followed me to university, I re-trained myself to trust myself around (all) food again.

It is recommended to do one module a week so that you get the most from the content, whilst allowing time to implement the suggested practices throughout to help improve your relationship with food.
    What is intuitive eating?
    Intuitive eating is a non-weight focused self-care model. Intuitive Eating has a growing evidence base since it gained popularity back in 1995!

    The School of Food Freedom® Bitesize Guide to Intuitive Eating™ course is based on an intuitive eating model, which will help you begin to listen to your internal cues around food, identify what foods make you feel good, as well as supporting you to navigate emotional eating and move towards eating for physical reasons.
    I have an active eating disorder/history of an eating disorder is this program right for me?
    If you have an active eating disorder or a recent eating disorder, this course may not meet your individual needs.
